Please bless the person who is reading this today. Open their eyes to see the blessings and open their hearts to receive them. I pray for their health, for their finances, for their families and friends. Grant them safe journeys.
Let them find peace and comfort in knowing that You are with them always, even to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:20).

Thank you for choosing to visit my home on the web. I wanted to share a few pictures with you of some things I see from my deck, where I write in the warm months.
The view from my deck right now is peaceful. Birds are calling out in their various languages, calling from tree to tree.
The birdhouse on a pole is waiting for some visitors to nest. I love hearing the baby birds when their mother flies in with food! Such ruckus! It’s the only time their heads will poke through the “door”, beaks open in hungry anticipation.
We have feral cats lounging in the yard, very well fed and hiding in the bushes. They are so well fed, they ignore the birds.
The pond houses about 30 pond fish in various colors.
