From the time we are little children in school and begin giving valentines to our classmates, Valentine’s Day becomes a day of anticipation…anticipation of receiving something special from a special someone!
Last year my hubby wasn’t able to get out by himself and purchase me a valentine. But he did something much better! He made me one. A simple piece of paper, a black marking pen, a hand drawn heart with our initials and a request to be his “valentine forever.” I’m so blessed to have a husband who is a romantic. Thirty-two years and still he melts my heart with his romantic gestures.
